We recently spoke at the Rent Responsibly Summit, a two-day virtual conference for (STR) short-term rental owners across the globe. Our presentation garnered a number of hosts signups and was one of the most viewed over the entire weekend. During our keynote session, we had the opportunity to educate hosts and property managers on web3 and how this technological revolution is coinciding perfectly with the book direct movement. Hello Everyone - We are excited to announce that v1 of the Dtravel Merchant Page is now live. Hosts and property managers connected to Dtravel will now be able to share all of their listing through a single url. This update provides hosts with more marketing options as their Merchant Page url can be added to social profiles and sent to new or returning guests who prefer to take advantage of all the benefits that come with booking direct. For guests, the Merchant Page provides more options, enabling an easier way to search for availability and complete an on-chain booking. The launch of the Merchant Page brings us one step closer to providing hosts with a complete direct booking site powered by smart contracts and an eventual aggregation of all Dtravel listings. We will continue to update the Merchant Page and have plans to implement more features like branding and customization elements for hosts, as well as additional filters and an improved user experience for guests.
