Dtravel v2 will launch as a web3 tool designed and built for hosts to facilitate direct bookings. Here's why we decided to focus on hosts first and guests second: 1. Bookings increase as the supply of available properties increases. Without a strong foundation of properties, Dtravel cannot flourish. 2. The problem of ownership is primarily applicable to hosts’ businesses. Web3 is all about creating an ownership economy, starting with those who are most affected. 3. A smart-contract powered hosting process is significantly more involved than the guest booking process (cancellation policies, booking rules, payment methods, etc) 4. Hosts who haven’t had much prior exposure to web3 applications may also require additional time to ensure their businesses are set up optimally. TRVL Staking Dapp update. Single sided TRVL staking vaults on both Ethereum and binance smart chain with various lockup periods and APRs ranging from 1 month to 12 months and 10% to 60% APR. LP token staking for liquidity providers on uniswap and pancake swap will follow a few weeks after the initial launch. The staking Dapp is in the final stages of testing now and expected to launch within the next week.

Travala.com, our founding partner on the project and the world’s leading cryptocurrency travel company, will be the first to issue NFT Travel Stamps to travelers who both hold a passport and book a trip on Travala.com. The NFT Passport and NFT travel stamps will live on the Proof-of-Travel protocol. Plans to integrate the digital passport and stamps are already on Dtravel’s roadmap.
